  • Residency in General Surgery at University Hospital and Medical Center at SUNY Stony Brook/School of Medicine.
  • Residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Long Island Jewish Medical Center.

Dr. Mark Niznikiewicz was raised in Westchester NY. His professional education started at Stony Brook University where he was awarded his D.D.S. degree with high honors graduating at the top of his class.

He then went on to obtain his M.D. degree at the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Medicine. Dr. Niznikiewicz then completed his combined residency in General Surgery and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Long Island Jewish Medical Center.

Dr. Mark Niznikiewicz practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery including cosmetic facial surgery, dentoalveolar surgery, implant surgery, orthognathic and reconstructive facial and jaw surgery, sleep apnea surgery, facial trauma and TMJ surgery.
